Order Before 3pm for Next Working Day Delivery!

Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered to you on Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or any time on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday and be delivered to you on Tuesday.

Complaints

Accentclothing always aims to provide the highest level of customer service. If you feel that we have not met that aim, then please contact us. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible but always within 5 working days. Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and as quickly as possible. If the complaint can not be resolved immediately you will receive a weekly update on progress.

We may place links on our website to other websites that we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Accentclothing cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

English Law

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English. We reserve the right to change our terms & conditions from time to time.

These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchases from accentclothing.com, we will happily provide an exchange or a refund on condition that:

  1. Goods are returned to us within 7 days for U.K. orders or within 14 days for E.U. orders;
  2. Goods have not been worn or washed and are in ‘as sold’ condition;
  3. Have the manufacturers tags still attached;
  4. Have a copy of our invoice/delivery note returned with the goods.

We do not refund postage charges on ordered goods unless the goods have a fabric or manufacturing defect.

 

WE RECOMMEND THAT RETURNS ARE PROPERLY AND SECURELY WRAPPED AND ARE SENT VIA A RECORDED DELIVERY / GUARANTEED SIGNED DELIVERY SERVICE TO ACCENTCLOTHING.COM AS WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR RETURNS LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE POST.

Return postage is the responsibility of the Customer, unless goods have a fabric or manufacturing defect.

All International (non U.K.) returns should be declared as ‘unwanted returns’ for customs purposes.

We usually process a refund or exchange within 3 working days of receipt of your return. We will email you confirmation of the refund. After receiving the confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. Unfortunately, this time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order - generally this will be an automated e-mail response. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. On the rare occasion that the goods you have ordered are not available we will inform you of this as soon as possible with an explanation of why this has happened.

Accuracy of content

Accent Clothing has taken care to ensure that prices quoted on the website are correct at time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices on the website. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed. On the rare occasion that this may happen we would make every effort to keep you as informed as possible and discuss revised delivery timescales with you.

Privacy Policy

We do use cookies to keep track of items on your wish list and in your shopping cart. However, any information gathered as a result of your visit to accentclothing will not be divulged to any third party except for the purposes of securely taking payment for and delivering of goods. The security and privacy of your data is important to us.

Site Security

The Accent Clothing website runs from a secure server which uses 128bit SSL encryption. This is to encrypt all data as it is transferred over the Internet.

Credit Card Security

Items purchased online are processed via a secure credit card ordering system and any payment transactions are processed securely using a minimum of 128bit SSL encryption. We work with Sage Pay, the largest independent payment gateway service provider in the U.K. Your credit card details are not held by us on our servers.

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, SWITCH, DELTA and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards. As well as payments through Paypal Express and Google Checkout

Payment Authorisation

If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an e-mail usually within a few minutes advising you of the reason why. Please note that some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time.

If payment is authorised but we have a query with your order, we will send you an email as soon as possible to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.
