Edwin

When Mr Tsunemi created his first pair of Edwin men’s jeans in 1961, no-one could have guessed how influential they would become.     Since that time, numerous companies have mimicked the Edwin style of men’s denim in many different ways; tri-coloured selvages, ‘stone wash’, ‘old wash’ and even the more recent ‘new vintage’ style.     However, try as they might, no other designer is able to create the same quality and authenticity that features so prominently in a pair of Edwin jeans.  This is because the Edwin brand is based around the fundamentals of denim; even the name ‘Edwin’ is an anagram of ‘denim’ (with an inverted ‘w’)!   And over the years, many other stylish men’s garments have been added to the Edwin range; T-shirts, jacket, tops and belts.  Not all of these are made with denim, yet they still boast all of the same quality, craftsmanship and cool that you would find in a pair of Edwin jeans!
