I bought this t-shirt online ... but I have not heard from my order.
By logging on my account order is still pending .... why? I purchased on 3/27/2012 - Dear Federico,

Unfortunately your address has not been verified in our banking system and as a result Accent Clothing’s Credit Department require further information before we can dispatch your goods. Please do not worry; this tends to be the case with international orders and can be very easily resolved.
Please forward Accent Clothing a recent utility bill or a document that confirms your address. Please note that we do not need to see the contents of the document, simply the name and address. You can either take a quick picture with a camera phone or scan the document and email this to us atinfo@accentclothing.com.
Although we understand that this maybe an inconvenience to you, Accent Clothing takes the security of all our customers extremely seriously – after all we don’t what the order to go to the wrong person or to the wrong address. As soon as we receive this confirmation we will immediately dispatch your order.
