Shipping & Delivery

If you are requiring delivery to the USA you may be eligible for next working day delivery via FedEx 

This option is available for orders that are placed before 12noon (GMT).

Parcels weighing over 2kg and delivery to some destinations can incur extra charges. If this is the case we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery times vary, dependent upon destination.

 

 Collect in Store

It must be the card holder who collects. If you paid by credit card, you will be required to bring with you a form of photographic identification and also the card that was used for the payment. If you paid via PayPal, you will be required to bring with you a form of photographic identification and also proof of address. We will endeavour to process your order within 24 hours of the order being placed  however please wait for email confirmation that the item is ready before attempting collection. It will be ready to collect once you receive a 'Ready for Collection' email. Your order must be collected within 7 working days of email confirmation.

 

UK Mainland Deliveries

Order Before 3pm for UK Next Working Day Delivery!

Next Working Day arrives before 5.30pm  £4.95 - FREE if you spend over £50!

Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered to you on Monday*

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or any time on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday and be delivered to you on Tuesday*

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and other UK offshore destinations such as the Scottish Islands and the Isles of Scilly, there is no guarantee of a next working day delivery but it usually is delivered on the next working day.

* Deliveries vary on UK Bank Holidays.

NB. Easter Bank Holiday 2016: Uk Orders placed between 3pm 24th March and 3pm 29th March will be delivered on Wednesday the 30th March.

We use DPD for all UK Next Day deliveries. Customers are provided with an hour delivery window either by email or text and DPD's tracking software also allows you follow your parcel all the way along it's delivery route by viewing the drivers van on a GPS map, giving you a more accurate time of when your parcel will arrive. All UK mainland packages sent via DPD Mail - our preferred UK carrier - are fully trackable and traceable. All packages delivered MUST be signed for. If you are not in when the carrier tries to deliver, they will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

 

Next Day Delivery to the USA

If you are requiring delivery to the USA you may be eligible for next working day delivery via FedEx 

This option is available for orders that are placed before 12noon (GMT).

 Delivery time: For all other international orders, once dispatched can take 3 working days to deliver. However this is usually less. (please note that we have no control over delays in customs clearance)  £17.95

Privacy & Security

Complaints

Accent Clothing always aims to provide the highest level of customer service. If you feel that we have not met that aim, then please contact us. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible but always within 5 working days. Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and as quickly as possible. If the complaint can not be resolved immediately you will receive a weekly update on progress.

Links to other websites

We may place links on our website to other websites that we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Accent Clothing cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

English Law

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English. We reserve the right to change our terms & conditions from time to time.

These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchases from accentclothing.com, we will happily provide an exchange or a refund on condition that:

  1. Goods are returned to us within 7 days for U.K. orders or within 14 days for E.U. orders;
  2. Goods have not been worn or washed and are in ‘as sold’ condition;
  3. Have the manufacturers tags still attached;
  4. Have a copy of our invoice/delivery note returned with the goods.

Please note: We are unable to offer refunds on underwear garments for hygiene reasons.

We do not refund postage charges on ordered goods unless the goods have a fabric or manufacturing defect.

WE RECOMMEND THAT RETURNS ARE PROPERLY AND SECURELY WRAPPED AND ARE SENT VIA A RECORDED DELIVERY SERVICE TO ACCENTCLOTHING.COM AS WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR RETURNS LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE POST.

Return postage is the responsibility of the Customer, unless goods have a fabric or manufacturing defect.

Alternatively if you live locally feel free to bring the item back to our Leeds store for an exchange or refund. 

 

All International (non U.K.) returns should be declared as ‘unwanted returns’ for customs purposes.

We usually process a refund or exchange within 3 working days of receipt of your return. We will email you confirmation of the refund. After receiving the confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. Unfortunately, this time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.

 

Ordering

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order - generally this will be an automated e-mail response. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. On the rare occasion that the goods you have ordered are not available we will inform you of this as soon as possible with an explanation of why this has happened.

Accuracy of content

Accent Clothing has taken care to ensure that prices quoted on the website are correct at time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices on the website. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed. On the rare occasion that this may happen we would make every effort to keep you as informed as possible and discuss revised delivery timescales with you.

 

Payment, Prices & Promotions

Privacy Policy

We do use cookies to keep track of items on your wish list and in your shopping cart. However, any information gathered as a result of your visit to accentclothing will not be divulged to any third party except for the purposes of securely taking payment for and delivering of goods. The security and privacy of your data is important to us.

Site Security

The Accent Clothing website runs from a secure server which uses 128bit SSL encryption. This is to encrypt all data as it is transferred over the Internet.

Credit Card Security

Items purchased online are processed via a secure credit card ordering system and any payment transactions are processed securely using a minimum of 128bit SSL encryption. We work with Sage Pay, the largest independent payment gateway service provider in the U.K. Your credit card details are not held by us on our servers.

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, SWITCH, DELTA and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards. As well as payments through Paypal Express. 

Payment Authorisation

If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an e-mail usually within a few minutes advising you of the reason why. Please note that some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time.

If payment is authorised but we have a query with your order, we will send you an email as soon as possible to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.

 

Promotional Gifts/Coupons 

Unless otherwise stated discounts only apply to full price products. 

All promotions will have a 'vaild until' or 'expiry' date. Please refer to the original promotional source for this specific date.

Promotions that include a giveaway or a free gift are dependable on limited stock levels. The promotion is void once the stock has run out.

Where a free gift is offered with an order the free gift must be returned with unsuitable ordered items, if not returned then the gift wil have been deemed purchased and the published RRP of the gift will be retained.  

One free gift per customer. 

There is no cash alternative to these offers given and terms and conditions are non negotiable.
