Developed for the scientists at the United States Antarctic research centre, McMurdo Station, the Canada Goose Expedition Jacket is designed for temperatures -30°C and below. With features such as a coyote fur ruff on a shaping wire to stand up to harsh winds and six pockets, the Expedition Jacket is ideal for explorations in extreme climates. For extra insulation, the water resistant, wind resistant jacket fastens with a Velcro placket with a storm flap underneath the two-way zip. Other insulating features include a fleece lined chin guard, heavy knit, ribbed cuffs and a drawstring waist to both lock in heat and ensure a custom fit. For maximum protection against the elements, the down-filled jacket also includes a hide-away, elasticated snow skirt. The design is finished with the iconic Canada Goose patch, Canada Goose name patch and 'Expedition' on the back.
Because of Canada Goose’s innovations in technical outerwear, this jacket is designed to withstand the most extreme conditions on earth, and last you a lifetime.
The outershell is made from 85% polyester, 15% cotton. The lining is 100% nylon. The fill is white duck down (80% down, 20% feather). The padding is 100% polyester. Dry clean only.
